We want every wand to bring joy, but if something goes wrong, we’ll help make it right.

Returns


  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each wand is prepared individually.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives significantly damaged, defective, or completely different from its description.

Refunds


  • If your wand arrives significantly damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and original packaging.
  • Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Refunds and replacements are only offered for items that arrive with significant damage affecting use. Cosmetic flaws or differences in finish do not qualify.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations


  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages


  • If your wand seems lost or is taking unusually long, please contact us. We’ll work with you to resolve the situation.
