At AshenElderCo, each wand begins its journey with our trusted overseas workshop partners before traveling to your door.

Processing Time

• Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days.
• Each wand is hand-finished and packaged with care before it sets out on its journey.

Estimated Delivery

Due to the detailed crafting process,

• United States: 2–4 weeks
• International: 3–6 weeks (timing varies by country and customs).
  Please allow for extra time during busy seasons or for international shipments.

Tracking

• Every order includes tracking details so you can follow your wand’s progress.
• Updates may take a few days to appear once your wand begins its route.

Customs & Import Duties

• International buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees required by their country.
